John Dee is a club located in the center of Oslo, Norway’s capital, inaugurated in 1997, with a capacity of approximately 400 people.
The small venue primarily hosts rock, metal, and hardcore bands from the underground and independent scenes. Blind Channel, The Last Internationale, Tremonti, Discharge, Kiefer Sutherland, Nervosa, Myles Kennedy, and Death Angel are just some of the names that have taken the stage at John Dee.
John Dee is part of the same group that manages Sentrum Scene and Rockefeller Music Hall.
It is one of the venues for the traditional Inferno Metal Festival, an annual event with stages in various locations around the city.
