The Museum of Post Punk & Industrial Music was inaugurated in 2021 in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, United States.
The museum’s curation is handled by English drummer Martin Atkins, who was part of influential bands in the genre, such as Pigface, Public Image Ltd, and Killing Joke.
The museum’s collection includes instruments and items that have marked the history of post-punk and industrial music, including Atkins’ own drum kit. All items are donations from artists and supportive fans of the project.
