Arena da Baixada

Arena da Baixada is a stadium located in Curitiba, in the state of Paraná, Brazil, and is home to Club Athletico Paranaense.

Built more than 110 years ago, the stadium has undergone several renovations throughout its history, including a major redevelopment to host matches during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

In addition to Athletico Paranaense football matches, Arena da Baixada regularly hosts concerts by Brazilian and international artists across multiple genres, including rock.

Green Day, Billy Idol, a-ha, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, and Roger Waters are among the artists who have performed at the stadium.

For concerts, Arena da Baixada can accommodate approximately 50,000 people. The audience can watch shows from the standing floor or from the seats located in the stadium’s two covered seating tiers.

Inside Arena da Baixada, there are bars that sell snacks and beverages.

On concert days, traffic and public transportation routes around the stadium may be adjusted or restricted.
