Covo Club is a small live music venue, hosting parties and various cultural events in the city of Bologna, northern Italy.
Opened in 1980, this historic club provides a stage for independent and emerging rock artists and its subgenres from Italy and other countries.
International artists who now fill large venues worldwide, such as Franz Ferdinand, IDLES, Cigarettes After Sex, and The XX, have performed at Covo Club early in their careers. Notable Italian acts like Ministri, Baustelle, Afterhours, Calcutta, and many others have also graced its stage.
Entry to the club is reserved for members. It is possible to get an annual membership card – costing €5 – on the Covo Club website.
