Letzigrund Stadion is the largest event venue in Switzerland, located in the city of Zurich. The stadium hosts major rock concerts during the summer months.
Originally inaugurated on November 22, 1925, the stadium has a rich history in sports and culture. It was demolished and rebuilt in 2007 as a modern facility.
With a capacity of over 50,000 spectators for live performances, Letzigrund has welcomed legendary rock acts such as U2, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Roger Waters, Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Guns n’ Roses, Metallica, and Rammstein.
Concertgoers can enjoy shows from either the standing field area or the seated grandstands.
During large events, public transportation is strongly recommended. The Letzigrund tram stop is the closest to the stadium.
