Parkbühne Wuhlheide is a historic open-air amphitheater in Berlin, Germany, located in the middle of the Wuhlheide forest park.
While the venue is a bit removed from the city center, it is easily accessible by public transport.
The stage, where notable German and international rock artists, as well as performers from other musical genres, take the spotlight, was inaugurated in 1951 and underwent major renovations in 1996 and 1997.
A standout feature of Parkbühne Wuhlheide is its design. The two tiers of bleachers are inclined, enhancing visibility for spectators, especially those seated in the lower sections. There is also standing room in the audience area.
Just for your information, the Waldbühne is another concert venue in Berlin with a similar format, set amidst the forest.
A variety of food, including vegan options, and beverages are available for purchase during shows.
Due to its location within a forested area surrounded by trees, it tends to be cooler at night, so it is advisable to bring a jacket.
