Wiener Stadthalle

Wiener Stadthalle is a complex with various event spaces in Vienna, Austria. Halle D is the main and most important venue, inaugurated in 1958.

Halle D is a fully renovated multi-purpose arena where the audience can enjoy standing areas and seated places. During the 1960s and 1970s, the Rolling Stones performed memorable concerts at this venue.

Today, Halle D, with a capacity of 16,000 people, hosts major names in the music world, including rock and heavy metal.

Tool, Judas Priest, Volbeat, blink-182, Bring Me the Horizon, Rise Against, Alter Bridge, The Killers, The Smashing Pumpkins, Ghost, Bullet for My Valentine, and Deep Purple are just some of the names that have taken the stage at Wiener Stadthalle – Halle D.

Capacity of the other halls that are part of the Wiener Stadthalle: 2,000 people (Halle F) and 1,800 people (Halle E).
