Guitar Hunter is a specialty shop for vintage and rare guitars located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Founded in 2018 by Peter Grønborg Dorvil, an expert in the guitar industry, the store focuses on Fender, Gibson, and Martin brands. Every instrument undergoes a thorough authenticity check.
Guitar Hunter also sells new guitars from the Gibson Custom Shop, Gretsch Custom Shop, and Taylor Guitars, making it Denmark’s largest authorized dealer. They also offer basses, amplifiers, and accessories.
Notably, Kirk Hammett of Metallica has sold several vintage guitars to the store over the years, including a 1959 black Fender Stratocaster and an ESP known as Scully/Caution, which was a key part of his touring collection for over two decades.
Guitar Hunter ships worldwide. The store is open Wednesday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
