The Scotiabank Arena, formerly known as the Air Canada Centre, is Toronto’s largest multi-purpose arena in Canada.
Opened in 1999, this venue is located in Old Toronto, a historic part of the city. It hosts major concerts featuring artists from various genres, including rock and heavy metal. Iron Maiden, Tool, blink-182, The 1975, Depeche Mode, The Killers, Muse and Offspring are just a few names who have performed at the Scotiabank Arena over the years.
The audience can enjoy shows from the floor or from one of the two large seating rings, as well as several luxury suites.
The arena is also home to the Toronto Maple Leafs (ice hockey) and the Toronto Raptors (basketball) teams.
