The Abyss is a rock and heavy metal pub that opened in 2016 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The Abyss describes itself as a place for “great food, cheap beer, and Evil gigs,” where you can listen to anything from Progressive Rock to Death Metal.
The indoor space, with a seating capacity of 150, is decorated with posters and photos of bands. There is also an outdoor area with 32 seats.
In addition to live music, the bar hosts DJ nights, launch events, after parties, and autograph sessions.
The Abyss menu offers a variety of appetizers, snacks, meals, and drinks.
