Tower Records – Shibuya is one of the flagship stores of the renowned Tower Records chain in Tokyo and across other cities in Japan.
The store features 10 floors dedicated to various themes and music genres (rock, J-pop, J-rock, K-pop, classical, etc.), as well as a studio, events space, and café.
A notable highlight is the 6th floor, known as Tower Vinyl, which boasts a collection of both new and used vinyl records, with an inventory of approximately 100,000 vinyl records.
The slogan “No Music, No Life” aptly defines what customers and music enthusiasts can expect to find in this space. The store employs over 200 staff members.
Other Tower Records locations in Tokyo include Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Kinshichō Parco, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, and LaLaport Tokyo-Bay.
