Jim Morrison, the poet and lead singer of the American band The Doors, lived in the “City of Light” just months before passing away on July 3, 1971. He is buried at Père-Lachaise, Paris’ largest cemetery, which is also the final resting place of many French and international celebrities.

Record and CD collectors can visit Crocodisc, a traditional store in the Latin Quarter, perfect for hunting down rare LPs and music treasures.
